INGREDIENTS

Chilled milk- 2 glass
Small banana/ Njalipoovan- 2
Sugar -as required
Cashew nuts- 4
Boost /Horlicks- 2 tablespoon

DESCRIPTION

Banana milk shake is one of the popular shake that we get from juice stalls,bakeries and ice cream parlours. It is a simple refreshing drink can make in short time with very few ingredients. This milk shake is also known as Sharjah shake.

HOW TO PREPARE

Peel the bananas and chop them.

In a blender,add all the above listed ingredients and blend well.

Pour the shake in glasses .

Garnish with crushed nuts and sprinkled boost over it.

Tips:

You can add crushed pistachios,almonds or cherry as toppings
