HOW TO PREPARE
Clean and cut the sardine and keep it aside.
Grind coconut, chilly powder, coriander powder and shallots to a smooth paste by adding required water.
In a manchatti, add sardine, ground coconut, green chilly, gambooge, salt and required water.
Sprinkle curry leaves on the top.
Let it cook for 15 minutes under medium flame.
Turn off the flame now.
Thenga aracha fish curry is ready now.
Serve hot with tapioca,rice etc.
Adjust the spiciness as required.
This is an authentic recipe,so seasoning is not must in this.
